NO WAIVER; CUMULATIVE RIGHTS. The failure or delay of the Lender to require performance by the Borrower of any provision of this Credit Agreement shall not operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall it affect the Lender’s rights to require performance of such provision at any time thereafter, nor shall it affect or impair any of the remedies, powers or rights of the Lender with respect to any other or subsequent failure, delay or default. Each and every right granted to the Lender hereunder or under any other Loan Document or in connection herewith or therewith shall be cumulative and may be exercised at any time.
