No Waiver of Certain Rights. Nothing contained in this Article 12 shall be deemed a waiver of any right which Lender may have under the Bankruptcy Code or applicable law to protect and pursue its rights under the Loan Documents including, without limitation, its rights under Sections 506(a) or any other provision of the Bankruptcy Code to file a claim for the full amount of the Loan or to require that the collateral continues to secure all of the indebtedness owing to Lender under Loan Documents.
