No Waiver of Default. A party’s election to waive a default shall not constitute a waiver of a subsequent default of the same or similar nature. A party’s failure to insist on strict performance or failure to exercise a right upon default (i) shall not constitute a waiver of the right to insist on and to enforce strict compliance of other obligations or of future performance, and (ii) shall not constitute a waiver of the right to exercise any right or remedy arising out of any future default or failure to perform.
