No Waiver of Future Breach. No failure or delay on the part of any party to this Agreement in exercising any right, power or remedy hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof. No assent, express or implied, by any party hereto to any breach in or default of any agreement or condition herein contained on the part of any other party hereto shall constitute a waiver of or assent to any succeeding breach in or default of the same or any other agreement or condition hereof by such other party.
