Common use of NO WAIVER OF OPTION Clause in Contracts

NO WAIVER OF OPTION. The failure of the Lessor to insist, in any one or more instances, upon a strict performance of any of the covenants or conditions of this lease, or to exercise any right or option herein contained, shall not be construed as a waiver of the option to do so, but such covenants, rights and options shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any one covenant, right or option shall be deemed a waiver of any other.
