No Waiver of Remedies, etc. No failure on the part of any party to exercise, and no delay of any party in exercising, any right or remedy available hereunder or by law shall operate as a waiver thereof; nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such right or remedy by any party preclude any other or further exercise thereof or the exercise of any other right by such party. The remedies herein provided are cumulative and not exclusive of any remedies provided by law.
