Common use of No Waiver of Rights by the Lessor Clause in Contracts

No Waiver of Rights by the Lessor. No failure of the Lessor to exercise any power given the Lessor hereunder or to insist upon strict compliance by the Lessee with its undertakings, duties and obligations hereunder, and no custom or practice of the Parties at variance with the provisions hereof shall constitute a waiver of the Lessor's right to demand exact compliance with the provisions contained in this Ground Lease.
