No Waiver of Rights or Liabilities. Permitting Contractor to continue and finish the work, or any part thereof, beyond the dates specified for Substantial Completion and/or Final Completion and readiness for final payment shall not operate as a waiver on the part of the City of any of its rights under this Agreement. Any liquidated damages assessed pursuant to this section shall not relieve Contractor from liability for any damages or costs of other contractors caused by a failure of Contractor to complete the work as agreed.
