In no event will Apple or its licensors be liable for the removal of or disabling of access to any such Services. Apple or its licensors may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain Services, or may remove the Services for indefinite time periods or cancel the Services at any time and in any case and without notice or liability. Location data as well as any maps data provided by any Services or software is for basic navigational purposes only and is not intended to be relied upon in situations where precise location information is needed or where erroneous, inaccurate or incomplete location data may lead to death, personal injury, property or environmental damage. Neither Apple nor any of its licensors guarantees the availability, accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of location data or any other data or information displayed by any Services or software.
No Warranties By providing Confidential Information, no Party makes any warranties or representations as to its accuracy or completeness. In addition, by supplying Confidential Information, no Party obligates itself to provide any particular information or Confidential Information to the other Parties nor to enter into any further agreements or proceed with any other relationship or joint venture.
Warranty Grantee warrants that all work under this Grant Agreement shall be completed in a manner consistent with standards under the terms of this Grant Agreement, in the applicable trade, profession, or industry; shall conform to or exceed the specifications set forth in the Grant Agreement; and all deliverables shall be fit for ordinary use, of good quality, and with no material defects. If System Agency, in its sole discretion, determines Grantee has failed to complete work timely or to perform satisfactorily under conditions required by this Grant Agreement, the System Agency may require Grantee, at its sole expense, to:
Exclusion of Implied Warranties etc This Agreement expressly excludes any warranty, condition or other undertaking implied at law or by custom or otherwise arising out of any other agreement between the Parties and any representation by any Party not contained in a binding legal agreement executed by the Parties.
Disclaimer of Implied Warranties The warranty set forth herein is in lieu of, and ‘Reseller’ expressly disclaims all other product warranties of any kind whatsoever whether express, implied, statutory, arising by course of dealing or performance, custom, usage in the trade or otherwise, any warranty of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, and in any event no such implied warranty has applicability beyond the time period covered by this warranty.
No Implied Warranties To the extent permitted by law, these warranties are exclusive and there are no other express or implied warranties or conditions, including warranties or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
