If your Card has been lost or stolen or believe that someone has made an unauthorized transaction with your recovery for any alleged negligence Card (or misconduct by may attempt to use your Card without permission) or you believe an error has occurred with your Card, you agree to notify us shall be limited to the initial value IMMEDIATELY at 1-888-867-8032 and in no event later than thirty (30) days of the date of the transaction at issue.
