The Practice acknowledges that Retail Business Manager has not made and will not make any express or implied warranties or representations that the Management Services provided by Retail Business Manager will result in any particular amount or level of income to the Practice. Specifically, Retail Business Manager has not represented that its Management Services will result in higher revenues, lower expenses, greater profits, or growth in the number of patients receiving Optical Services at the Dispensary.
