Except as expressly otherwise provided in this Agreement, we make no representations or warranties of any kind to you, whether express or implied, and, therefore, we are not responsible or liable to you for the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of any goods or services purchased from any Merchant with your Card. If you have a dispute with a Merchant, you agree to settle the dispute directly with the Merchant.
