No Waste or Nuisance. Lessee shall not use the Leased Premises in any manner that would constitute waste, nor shall the Lessee allow the same to be committed thereon. The Lessee shall not do anything or allow any action which will create a nuisance or a danger to any person or property not the immediate subject of the event.
