No Welfare Benefit Plan. Except as would not have a Company Material Adverse Effect, no Company Benefit Plan provides post-termination or retiree life insurance, health or other welfare benefits to any Person, except as may be required by Section 4980B of the Code or any similar Law for which the covered Person pays the full premium cost of coverage.
