Common use of NO WORKS CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

NO WORKS CONTRACT. It is hereby expressly agreed by and between the parties hereto that nothing herein contained shall be construed to be a “Works Contract” and it is hereby further agreed by and between the parties hereto in the event of the Seller being liable to make payment of any Sales Tax or Service Tax or any other statutory tax or duty or levy in respect of this Agreement, the Purchasers shall be liable and agrees to make payment of the same at or before taking over possession of the said Unit.

NO WORKS CONTRACT. It is hereby expressly agreed by and between the parties hereto that nothing herein contained shall be construed to be a “Works Contract” and it is hereby further agreed by and between the parties hereto in the event of the Seller Owner/SELLERS being liable to make payment of any Sales Tax or Service Tax or any other statutory tax or duty or levy in respect of this Agreement, the Purchasers shall be liable and agrees to make payment of the same at or before taking over possession of the said Unit.

It is hereby expressly agreed by and between the parties hereto that nothing herein contained shall be construed to be a “Works Contract” and it is hereby further agreed by and between the parties hereto in the event of the Seller Owner/ Sublessors/Developers being liable to make payment of any Sales Tax or Service Tax or any other statutory tax or duty or levy in respect of this Agreement, the Purchasers Sublessee shall be liable and agrees to make payment of the same at or before taking over possession of the said Unit.

It is hereby expressly agreed by and between the parties hereto that nothing herein contained shall be construed to be a “"Works Contract” " and it is hereby further agreed by and between the parties hereto that in the event of the Seller Developer being liable to make payment of any Sales Tax or Service Tax GST or any other statutory tax or duty or levy in respect of this Agreement, the Purchasers PURCHASER(S) shall be liable and agrees to make payment of the same at or before taking over possession of the said Flat/Unit.
