Contract Document. This Contract is composed of Sections 1 through 9, Exhibits A through F, Attachments 1 through and any exhibits referenced in said attachments, and any documents incorporated by reference, which contain all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties.
1.4.1. The definitions found in the Standard Contract Definitions, located at: xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/admin/contracts/docs/GlossaryofContractTerms.pdf are incorporated into and made a part of this Contract. Additional definitions may be set forth in Exhibit A, Special Provisions.
1.4.2. The PUR 1000 Form (10/06 version) is hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Contract. Sections 1.d., 2-4, 6, 8- 13, 23, 27 and 31 of the PUR 1000 Form are not applicable to this Contract. In the event of any conflict between the PUR 1000 Form and any other terms or conditions of this Contract, such other terms or conditions shall take precedence over the PUR 1000 Form.
1.4.3. The terms of Exhibit A, Special Provisions, supplement or modify the terms of Sections 1 through 9, as provided therein.
1.4.4. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of the documents, the documents shall be interpreted in the following order of precedence:
1.4.4.1. Exhibits A through F;
1.4.4.2. Any documents incorporated into any exhibit by reference;
1.4.4.3. This Standard Integrated Contract;
1.4.4.4. Any documents incorporated into this Contract by reference;
1.4.4.5. Attachments 1 through .

1.4.4.3 This Standard Contract;
1.4.4.4 Any documents incorporated into this Contract by reference;
1.4.4.5 Attachments 1 through .
Contract Document. On receipt of work order from the Employer, the successful tenderer shall be bound to implement the contract and within 14 days thereof, he shall sign an agreement on a non-judicial stamp paper of appropriate value. The contractor shall be furnished, one certified copy of the contract documents as may be forming part of the tender papers. None of these documents shall be used for any purpose other than that of this contract.
Contract Document. The Network Service Provider shall provide services in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in this contract including its attachments, Attachment I, Attachment II, Attachment III, and Attachment IV, and any Exhibits referenced in said attachments, together with any documents incorporated by reference, which contain all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties. The PUR 1000 Form (10/06 version) is hereby incorporated into and made a part of this contract. In the event of any conflict between the PUR 1000 Form and any other terms or conditions of this contract, such other terms or conditions shall take precedence over the PUR 1000 Form.
Contract Document. The term (“Contract Document”) means this Agreement, any statement of work, work order, or other similar ordering document related hereto and executed by the Vendor and the State of Oklahoma, as applicable; any purchase order related hereto; other mutually agreed documents; and any Addendum to any of the foregoing.
Contract Document. The successful Bidder will be required to execute a contract in the form of a State of Maine Buyer Purchase Order, Contract Agreement to Purchase Services or State of Maine Master Agreement. The Standard Terms and Conditions used with the aforementioned contract types may be found on the Division of Procurement Services’ website at the following link: xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/purchases/info/forms/BPO_General_Terms.doc In the event that the State of Maine’s Standard Terms and Conditions or RFQ provisions do not otherwise cover contractual scenarios that are specific to the goods or services being purchased under this RFQ, then the State is willing to consider a Bidder’s standard terms and conditions. Consideration or use of a Bidder’s standard terms and conditions shall only occur under the general agreement that in the event of a conflict, the State of Maine’s Standard Terms and Conditions and RFQ provisions shall take precedence. Contract Document. 7.2.1 The successful bidder shall be required to execute a formal agreement in accordance with the ‘Form of Contract’ (Annexed to General Condition of Contract (GCC)), within 10 days of receipt of LOI/FOI/Detailed Letter of Award specified period.

The Provider shall provide services in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in this Contract including its attachments, I-VI, and any exhibits referenced in said attachments, together with any documents incorporated by reference, which contain all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties. The PUR 1000 Form (10/06 version) is hereby incorporated into and made a part of this Contract. In the event of any conflict between the PUR 1000 Form and any other terms or conditions of this Contract, such other terms or conditions shall take precedence over the PUR 1000 Form.
Contract Document. The interpretation and performance of this Contract, and all transactions under it shall be governed by the laws of the State. Contract documents include the terms and conditions of this solicitation, and any addenda to it, Contractor’s response, purchase orders issued in accordance with the Contract, STC 80101500-20-1, MyFloridaMarketplace (MFMP) Terms and Conditions, FloridaCommerce Vendor Core Contract, and the contract issued as a result of this request for quote. This Scope of Work will supersede Contractor’s response in the event of any conflicting provisions. FloridaCommerce reserves the right to make modifications to this Contract if it is deemed to be in the best interest of FloridaCommerce or the State. FloridaCommerce reserves the right to issue a purchase order as the contract agreement or may require Contractor to enter into another form of a definitive contract. The purchase order will incorporate the MFMP Terms and Conditions, this Scope of Work and any Attachments and Addenda thereto, STC 80101500-20-1, FloridaCommerce Vendor Core Contract, and the relevant portions of the Contractor’s Response. Any pre-printed purchase order terms and conditions included in the Contractor’s forms or invoices shall be null and void. If there are conflicting provisions between the documents that make up the purchase order/Contract, the order of precedence for the documents is as follows:
1. Scope of Work including any Attachments and Addenda
2. FloridaCommerce Vendor Core Contract 3. STC 80101500-20-1
Contract Document. To provide services in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in this contract including all attachments and exhibits, which constitute the contract document.
