Common use of NO XXXXXX ON DISCRETION Clause in Contracts

NO XXXXXX ON DISCRETION. Without fettering the discretion of the Contract Administrator in carrying out its duties under the Building Contract the Landlord shall procure that the Contract Administrator takes proper account of any reasonable representations made in accordance with clause 6.1.2 when considering whether or not to issue a Certificate of Practical Completion.
