Notification of Vacancies A laid off employee shall be notified by certified mail of an appropriate vacancy, sent to the employee’s address on file in the office of the Executive Director for Human Resources Management. An employee’s failure to respond affirmatively in writing within five calendar days after receipt of the Employer’s letter shall cause loss of recall rights.
Notification of Changes Subscriber agrees and covenants to notify the Company immediately upon the occurrence of any event prior to the consummation of this Offering that would cause any representation, warranty, covenant or other statement contained in this Agreement to be false or incorrect or of any change in any statement made herein occurring prior to the consummation of this Offering.
Variation of Charges (a) Subject to clause 5.6(b), ARTC will immediately pass on to the Access Holder any net effect of any imposition of new taxes or charges, increases or decreases in taxes or charges (other than income tax) which is a tax, royalty, rate, duty, levy or impost of general application imposed on ARTC by any government or regulatory authority and which is directly attributable to the provision by ARTC to the Access Holder of access to the Network.
Interpretation & Application of Guidelines It is jointly agreed that the site representatives (union and management) are empowered to implement the guidelines as per the scope provided. It is jointly agreed that refresher training to explain the interpretation and application of the inclement weather clauses is to be conducted to ensure correct use. Unless these guidelines are followed, the employer will not be required to pay for lost time through inclement weather and the Disputes Board will be so briefed.
Notification of Layoff A bargaining unit member to be laid off shall be notified, in writing, at least fifteen (15) work days prior to the effective date of layoff, except that when emergency funding situations exist, this notification period can be shortened. The notification shall include:
Copies of Agreement The Union and the Employer desire every employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement, and her rights and obligations under it. For this reason, the Union shall have printed sufficient copies of the Agreement for distribution to employees.
RECEIPT AND PUBLICATION OF NOTICES 11.1 Immediately after it receives a demand or notice from any Noteholder in accordance with the Conditions, the Agent shall forward a copy to the Issuer.
NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO AGENTS Following receipt of notice of resignation from an Agent and immediately after appointing a successor or new Agent or on giving notice to terminate the appointment of any Agent, the Principal Paying Agent (on behalf of and at the expense of the Issuer) shall give or cause to be given not more than 45 days' nor less than 30 days' notice of the fact to the Noteholders in accordance with the Conditions.
