Common use of Nomination Appeals Clause in Contracts

Nomination Appeals. Any Athlete who has returned a completed Athlete Application by the Application Date and an Athlete Agreement by the Nomination Date may appeal against their nomination or non- nomination by the NSO in accordance with the procedures set out in this Agreement (“a Nomination Appeal”).
