Common use of NOMINATION BY ALLOTTEE WITH CONSENT Clause in Contracts

NOMINATION BY ALLOTTEE WITH CONSENT. The Allottee admits and accepts that after the Lock in period and before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the said Apartment, the Allottee will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Allottee’s right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement subject to the covenant by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject also to the following conditions:

NOMINATION BY ALLOTTEE WITH CONSENT. The Allottee admits and accepts that after the Lock in period (mentioned herein below) and before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the said Apartment, the Allottee will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Allottee’s right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement subject to the covenant by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject also to the following conditions:

NOMINATION BY ALLOTTEE WITH CONSENT. The Allottee admits and accepts that after the Lock in period and before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the said Apartment, the Allottee will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Allottee’s right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement subject to the covenant by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject also to the following conditions:

NOMINATION BY ALLOTTEE WITH CONSENT. The Allottee admits and accepts that after the Lock lock in period as mentioned in Clause 38 (b) herein and before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the said Apartment, the Allottee will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Allottee’s right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement subject to the covenant by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject also to the following conditions:

NOMINATION BY ALLOTTEE WITH CONSENT. The Allottee admits and accepts that after the Lock Lock-in period and before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the said Apartment, the Allottee will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Allottee’s ’ right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement subject to the covenant by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject also to the following conditions:

NOMINATION BY ALLOTTEE WITH CONSENT. The Allottee admits and accepts that after the Lock in period and before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the said Apartment, the Allottee will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Allottee’s Allottee‟s right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement subject to the covenant by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject also to the following conditions:

The Allottee admits and accepts that after the Lock lock in period as mentioned in Clause 39 (b) herein and before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the said ApartmentSaid Bungalow, the Allottee will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Allottee’s right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement subject to the covenant by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject also to the following conditions:

NOMINATION BY ALLOTTEE WITH CONSENT. The Allottee admits and accepts that after the Lock in period period, as mentioned below, and before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the said Apartment, the Allottee will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Allottee’s right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement subject to the covenant by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject also to the following conditions:

The Allottee admits and accepts that after the Lock lock in period as mentioned in Clause 38 (b) herein and before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the said Apartment, the Allottee will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or and/ or transfer the Allottee’s right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement subject to the covenant by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject also to the following conditions:

NOMINATION BY ALLOTTEE WITH CONSENT. 35.1 The Allottee admits and accepts that after the Lock in period and before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the said Said Apartment, the Allottee will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Allottee’s right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement subject to the covenant by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject also to the following conditions:

The Allottee admits and accepts that after the Lock lockin period as mentioned in period Clause 43 (b) herein and before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the said Apartment, the Allottee will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Allottee’s right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement subject to the covenant by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject andsubject also to the following conditions:
