Common use of Nomination by Buyer with Consent Clause in Contracts

Nomination by Buyer with Consent. The Buyer admits and accepts that before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the Said Flat And Appurtenances, the Buyer will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Buyer’s right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement subject to the covenant by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject also to the following conditions:

Nomination by Buyer with Consent. The Buyer admits and accepts that before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the Said Flat And Appurtenances, the Buyer will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Buyer’s 's right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement subject to the covenant by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject also to the following conditions:

Nomination by Buyer with Consent. The Buyer admits and accepts that before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the Said Flat And Appurtenances, the Buyer will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Buyer’s 's right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement on payment of 2% (two percent) of the market price prevailing at that time (to be determined by the Developer) as nomination charge to the Developer subject to the covenant by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject also to the following conditions:

The Buyer admits and accepts that before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the Said Flat Unit And Appurtenances, the Buyer will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Buyer’s right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement subject to the covenant by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject also to the following conditions:

Nomination by Buyer with Consent. The Buyer admits and accepts that before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the Said Flat Unit And Appurtenances, the Buyer will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Buyer’s 's right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement subject to the covenant by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject also to the following conditions:

Nomination by Buyer with Consent. The Buyer admits and accepts that before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the Said Flat And Appurtenances, the Buyer will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Buyer’s right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement on payment of 2% (two percent) of the market price prevailing at that time (to be determined by the Developer) as nomination charge plus GST and Other Taxes as applicable to the Developer subject to the covenant by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject also to the following conditions:

Nomination by Buyer with Consent. The Buyer admits and accepts that before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the Said Flat And Appurtenances, the Buyer will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Buyer’s right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement on payment of 2% (two percent) of the market price prevailing at that time (to be determined by the Developer) as nomination charge to the Developer subject to the covenant by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject also to the following conditions:

Nomination by Buyer with Consent. The Buyer admits and accepts that before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the Said Flat And Appurtenances, the Buyer after full payment will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Buyer’s right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement on payment of 3% (three percent) plus Service Tax, as applicable, of the market price prevailing at that time (to be determined by the Owner) as nomination charge to the Owner subject to the covenant by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject also to the following conditions:

Nomination by Buyer with Consent. The Buyer admits and accepts that before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the Said Flat And Appurtenances, the Buyer will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Buyer’s right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement subject to the covenant covenants by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject also to the following conditions:

Nomination by Buyer with Consent. The Buyer admits and accepts that before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the Said Flat And Appurtenances, the Buyer will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Buyer’s right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement on payment of 1% (one percent) of the market price prevailing at that time (to be determined by the Developer) as nomination charge to the Developer subject to the covenant by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject also to the following conditions:

Nomination by Buyer with Consent. The Buyer admits and accepts that before the execution and registration of conveyance deed of the Said Flat And Appurtenances, the Buyer will be entitled to nominate, assign and/or transfer the Buyer’s Buyer‟s right, title, interest and obligations under this Agreement on payment of 2% (two percent) of the Total Price plus Service Tax, if any, as nomination charge to the Developer subject to the covenant by the nominee that the nominee will strictly adhere to the terms of this Agreement and subject also to the following conditions:
