Common use of Nominations Clause in Contracts

Nominations. Nominations for the office of New Union District Board member allocated to a specific town shall be made by filing a statement of nomination signed by at least 30 voters in that town or one percent of the legal voters in the town, whichever is less, and accepted in writing by the nominee.
