Non-Academic Administrator Position. When a Screening Committee is appointed to recommend candidates for a new or vacant position for a non-academic administrator with bargaining unit members in his/her direct reporting line, the hiring manager shall endeavor to appoint at least one faculty member to the committee. The hiring manager may seek input from the Faculty Senate.
