Non-Appropriation; Adequate Funding. a. If payment for work under this Contract extends into the District’s next fiscal year (July 1 to June 30), the District’s obligation to pay for such work is subject to appropriation of budgeted funds sufficient to fund this Contract by the District board of directors.
