Common use of Non-Appropriation Clauses Clause in Contracts

Non-Appropriation Clauses. Municipality agrees that every contract to which it is a party involving the use of CDBG funds allocated hereunder shall include a non- appropriation clause. Such clause shall state that the funding therefore is contingent upon the continuing allocation and availability of CDBG funding and not upon the availability of County General Funds.
