Non-Atalasoft Software. Upon request and reasonable notice, we may (at our option) provide assistance in the installation or integration of non-Atalasoft software on a time and materials basis, plus expenses. Non-Atalasoft software consists of any software not created or supplied by us, including the following: new releases and updates to operating systems and other system software, and software you or a third party develop (except third party software embedded in the Software).
