Common use of Non bis in idem Clause in Contracts

Non bis in idem. The convicted person shall not be tried before a court of the Government of Rwanda for acts constituting serious violations of international humanitarian law under the Statute of the Tribunal, for which he/she has already been tried by the Tribunal.
