Common use of NON-CANCELLABLE LEASE Clause in Contracts

NON-CANCELLABLE LEASE. THE LEASE CANNOT BE CANCELLED BY LESSEE DURING THE TERM HEREOF. Lessee's obligations under the Lease including, without limitation, the obligation to pay rent, are absolute and unconditional and shall continue without any claim, defense, set-off counterclaim, reduction or abatement of any kind whatsoever and regardless of any disability of Lessee to use the Equipment or any part thereof because of any reason whatsoever.
