Non-Catastrophe Adjusting Services. If agreed to by the Parties in writing, Vendor may provide Estimate Reconciliations or other Fast Track Adjusting Services as described herein for non-catastrophe Fast Track Claims. In such case, the Vendor’s compensation payment for these Services will not exceed the rates set forth in Section 7.2., Compensation Schedule.
