Common use of Non-Collection Clause in Contracts

Non-Collection. Contractor is not required to collect any commercial Solid Waste that is not placed in a container unless the Solid Waste is outside the container as a result of overflow. If Solid Waste is not collected, the Contractor shall contract the customer to advise them of the problem.
