NON-COLLUSION CERTIFICATION. The Contractor certifies in a written affidavit that such bid is genuine and not collusive or sham. County reserves the right, at its discretion, to report suspected collusive or anti-competitive conduct by Contractor to the appropriate authority and to provide that authority with any relevant bidder information. Said Affidavit is attached hereto in composite Exhibit B and is hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement as if fully rewritten herein.
