The work for wet ponds and dry ponds do not have to be demonstrated in the same project. • Wet Ponds: For the purposes of this solicitation a similar wet pond project must have included any of the following elements: water quantity control; modification of outlet structures to provide water quality control; regarding and wetland plantings to enhance pollutant removal; water quality control of uncontrolled areas; increasing surface area of ponds; increasing vegetate buffer around pond and along stream channels; provide outlet structure for ponds with no outlet structure and installation of filtering devices for oil/fuel/sediments draining to pond. Wet pond size must have been between 1 and 5 acres. • Dry Ponds: For the purposes of this solicitation a similar dry pond project must have included any of the following elements: water quantity control with riser; conversion to storm water wetland system; pretreatment of roads and parking lot runoff; increase vegetated buffer around pond and along stream channel; removal and replacement of asphalt and erosion control to include excavating of sediments and installation of sod.   • Space Requirements The Construction Administrator will conduct a review of the adequacy of space allotments for maintenance of mechanical, telephone, and fire protection equipment.

  • Notice Requirements All notices required or permitted by this Lease shall be in writing and may be delivered in person (by hand or by messenger or courier service) or may be sent by regular, certified or registered mail or U.S. Postal Service Express Mail, with postage prepaid, or by facsimile transmission during normal business hours, and shall be deemed sufficiently given if served in a manner specified in this Paragraph 23. The addresses noted adjacent to a Party's signature on this Lease shall be that Party's address for delivery or mailing of notice purposes.
