In consideration for entering this Agreement and the amounts which Executive has, shall or may receive from the Company pursuant to Sections 3, 4 and 6 hereof, and except as otherwise provided in Section 6.2 hereof, Executive agrees to be bound by the Restrictive Covenants set forth in this Section 5.
