Extension of Restrictive Period. The Participant agrees that the period during which the covenants contained in this Paragraph C shall be effective shall be computed by excluding from such computation any time during which the Participant is in violation of any provision of Paragraph C.
Extension of Restrictive Period. In the event that Executive breaches any of the Restrictive Covenants contained in Section 5.1(a), then the Restricted Period shall be extended for a period of time equal to the period of time that Executive is in breach of such restriction.
Extension of Restrictive Period. Employee agrees that NSP, in its sole discretion, may extend the Restrictive Period and the foregoing restrictive covenants in Section 6(b) for up to an additional year. To do so, NSP must (i) give Employee at least ninety days prior notice of its intention to extend the restrictive covenant, and (ii) pay Employee an amount equal to the Base Salary for and during the period of such extension. Any such payments shall be paid according to NSP’s regular payroll schedule.
Extension of Restrictive Period. The restrictive periods set forth in this Agreement shall not expire, and shall be tolled, during any period in which Executive is in violation of the restricted period.
Extension of Restrictive Period. If Executive is deemed to have breached any of the Restrictive Covenants contained in Section 13 of this Agreement, Executive agrees that the restrictive periods set forth herein shall be automatically extended by the period of such breach, measured from the date of the breach through the date of such determination.

If the Seller shall be in violation of the aforementioned restrictive covenant in this Section 4.11.1, then in addition to the other remedies available to Buyer, the time limitation of Section 4.11.1 shall be extended for a period of time equal to the period of time during which such violation occurred.

The restrictive periods set forth in this Agreement shall not expire during any period in which Employee is in violation of any of the non-disclosure or non-competition provisions set forth in Sections 10 and 14 in this Agreement and all restrictions shall automatically be extended by the period Employee was in violation of any such restrictions.

If the Company Shareholder shall be in violation of the aforementioned restrictive covenant in this Section 5.17.1, then in addition to the other remedies available to Parent and Acquisition Sub, the time limitation of Section 5.17.1 shall be extended for a period of time equal to the period of time during which such violation occurred.
