Common use of Non Competition Non Solicitation and Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Non Competition Non Solicitation and Confidentiality. The Employer and Executive acknowledge and agree that while Executive is employed pursuant to this Agreement, the Company will give Executive access to Confidential Information of the Employer and its Affiliates. Executive will also be in contact with customers and potential customers of the Employer. In consideration of all of the foregoing, the Employer and Executive agree as follows:
