Common use of Non-conflict Clause in Contracts

Non-conflict. The entry into and performance by it of, and the transactions contemplated by, this Deed do not and will not conflict with: (a) any law or regulation applicable to it; or (b) its or any of its Subsidiaries’ constitutional documents; or (c) any document which is binding upon it or any of its Subsidiaries’ or any of its or any of its Subsidiaries’ assets.

Non-conflict. The entry into and performance by it of, and the transactions contemplated by, this Deed do not and will not conflict with: (a) any law or regulation applicable to it; or (b) its or any of its Subsidiaries’ constitutional documents; or (c) any agreement or document which is binding upon it or any of its Subsidiaries’ or any of its or any of its Subsidiaries’ assets, except where such failure could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.

Non-conflict. The entry into and performance by it of, and the transactions contemplated by, this Deed do not and will not conflict withnot: (a) conflict with any existing law or regulation applicable to it; or; (b) conflict with its or any of its Subsidiaries’ constitutional documents; or (c) conflict in any material respect with any document which is binding upon it or any of its Subsidiaries’ or any of its or any of its Subsidiaries’ assets.

Non-conflict. The entry into and performance by it of, and the transactions contemplated by, this Deed do not and will not conflict with: (a) with any law or regulation applicable to it; or (b) its or any of its Subsidiaries’ constitutional documents; or (c) any document which is binding upon it or any of its Subsidiaries’ or any of its or any of its Subsidiaries’ assets.

Non-conflict. The entry into and performance by it of, and the transactions contemplated by, this Deed do not and will not conflict withnot: (a) conflict with any existing law or regulation applicable or judicial or official order to it; orwhich it is subject; (b) its or any conflict with the constitutional documents of its Subsidiaries’ constitutional documentsthe Company; or (c) conflict with any document which is binding upon it the Company or any asset of its Subsidiaries’ or any of its or any of its Subsidiaries’ assetsthe Company.

Non-conflict. The entry into and performance by it of, and the transactions contemplated by, this Deed do not and will not conflict with: (a) any law or regulation applicable to it; or (b) its or any of its Subsidiaries’ constitutional documents; or (c) any document which is binding upon it or any of its Subsidiaries’ or assets in any of its or any of its Subsidiaries’ assetsmaterial respect.

Non-conflict. The entry into and performance by it of, and the transactions contemplated by, this Deed Deed, or the exercise by the Pledgee of its rights under this Deed, do not and will not conflict with: (a) any law or regulation applicable to it; or (b) its or any of its Subsidiaries’ constitutional documents; or (c) any document which is binding upon it or any of its Subsidiaries’ or any of its or any of its Subsidiaries’ assets.

Non-conflict. The entry into and performance by it of, and the transactions contemplated by, this Deed do not and will not conflict with: (aA) any law or regulation or judicial or official order applicable to it; or (bB) its or any of its Subsidiaries’ constitutional documents; or (cC) any material agreement or document which is binding upon it or any of its Subsidiaries’ assets or result in the creation of (or a requirement for the creation of) any of its or Security over any of its Subsidiaries’ assetsCharged Asset.

Non-conflict. The entry into and performance by it each of them of, and the transactions contemplated by, this Deed do not and will not conflict with: (a) any law or regulation applicable to itthem; or (b) its any agreement or instrument binding upon them or any of its Subsidiaries’ constitutional documents; or their assets or constitute a default or termination event (chowever described) under any document which is binding upon it such agreement or any of its Subsidiaries’ or any of its or any of its Subsidiaries’ assetsinstrument.

Non-conflict. The entry into and performance by it of, and the transactions contemplated by, this Deed do not and will not conflict withnot: (a) conflict with any applicable law or regulation applicable to itor judicial or official order; or (b) its or any of its Subsidiaries’ conflict with is constitutional documents; or (c) conflict with any document which is binding upon it or any of its Subsidiaries’ or any of its or any of its Subsidiaries’ assets.
