Common use of Non-Consent Operations Clause in Contracts

Non-Consent Operations. Except as expressly reflected in the Net Revenue Interests and Working Interests set forth in Exhibit A or Exhibit B and except as permitted after the date hereof by this Agreement, the Company has not elected not to participate in any operation or activity proposed with respect to any Asset which could result in the Company’s interest in such Asset becoming subject to a penalty or forfeiture as a result of such election.
