Non-Continuing Contract Substitutes. Non-continuing contract substitutes shall be given a non-continuing contract. Non-continuing contract substitutes shall receive all rights and benefits of this entire Agreement except to the extent modified by their non-continuing contract status. Therefore, Sections 4, 5, 6, and 7 below apply only to part-time and long-term substitutes.
