Non-Contracted Materials the Cost plus price for the Material shall be invoiced at the following contracted milestone paypoints at the corresponding percentages stated in parentheses: MS***** (*****%), MS***** (*****%) and MS***** (*****%). Contractor shall submit the applicable packing slip and material invoice from the Contractor’s supplier to AT&T once the material is in the Contractor’s possession.
