Non-Contravention of Laws. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as requiring or permitting either Party to contravene any mandatory requirement of Applicable Law.
Non-Contravention of Laws. There shall not be in effect at the Closing any order or law restraining, enjoining or otherwise prohibiting or making illegal the consummation of any of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement.
Non-Contravention of Laws. It is understood and agreed that the provisions of this Agreement shall be subordinate to any present or subsequent federal, state or municipal law, regulation, or order to the extent that any portion hereof is in conflict therewith and nothing herein shall require MST or MSTEA to do anything inconsistent with the charters, franchises, indeterminate permits, certificates of convenience or necessity, laws, judgments or decrees under which it may from time to time operate or exist, nor anything inconsistent with the orders or regulations of any competent governmental authority having jurisdiction to issue the same.
