Common use of NON-CONTRAVENTION OF THE MALAY RESERVATION ENACTMENT AND THE ACTS Clause in Contracts

NON-CONTRAVENTION OF THE MALAY RESERVATION ENACTMENT AND THE ACTS. In the event that the approval of a Ruler in Council or other relevant authority, as the case may be shall be needed or become necessary to give effect to the transactions herein, it shall be the responsibility of the Chargor to obtain such approval and the Chargor hereby undertakes to obtain the same.

NON-CONTRAVENTION OF THE MALAY RESERVATION ENACTMENT AND THE ACTS. In the event that the approval of a Ruler in Council or other relevant authority, as the case may be shall be needed or become necessary to give effect to the transactions herein, it shall be the sole responsibility of the Chargor and/or Customer to obtain such approval prior to the execution of this Charge and/or the other Security Documents (if any) and the Chargor and/or Customer hereby undertakes to obtain or cause to obtain such approval of the same.
