PRINCIPAL AND SECONDARY INSTRUMENTS. IT IS HEREBY AGREED AND DECLARED that the Security Documents are all instruments employed in one transaction relating to the Sale Price and for the purpose of Section 4(3) of Stamp Act, 1949, (Consolidated and Revised in 1989), the Property Sale Agreement shall be deemed to be the principal instrument and the other Security Documents shall be the secondary or subsidiary instruments.
