NON-CONTRAVENTION OF THE MALAY RESERVATION ENACTMENT AND THE ACTS. In the event that the approval of a Ruler in Council or other relevant authority, as the case may be shall be needed or become necessary to give effect to the transactions herein, it shall be the responsibility of the Customer to obtain such approval and the Customer hereby undertakes to obtain the same.

In the event that the approval of a Ruler in Council or other relevant authority, as the case may be shall be needed is obtained or become necessary to give effect to the transactions herein, it shall be the sole responsibility of the Customer Assignor to obtain such approval prior to the execution of this Assignment and/or the other security documents (if any) and the Customer Assignor hereby undertakes to obtain the sameor cause to obtain such approval.
