NON-CUSTOMER-FACING PARTS. It is understood and agreed that it shall not be a violation of this License, either during or after the Term of this License, for Keysight to sell or distribute Non-Customer-Facing Parts provided such is not misleading or would otherwise cause consumer confusion.
