Common use of NON-DELEGATION OF DUTIES Clause in Contracts

NON-DELEGATION OF DUTIES. Executive may not delegate the performance of any of his obligations or duties hereunder, or assign any rights hereunder, without the prior written consent of Employer. Any such purported delegation or assignment in the absence of such written consent shall be null and void with no force or effect. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing herein shall prevent Executive from the appropriate delegation of tasks to other executives, employees, assistants and other service providers.
