Non-Disciplinary Documents. (b) Except for documents related to Article 21: Employee Performance Review – Building Employee Success, any unfavorable or referenced document entered in the Official Employment File shall be removed or deemed to have been removed from the File after the material has been on file for more than four (4) years provided that no further information related to the matter has been added to the File.
