Common use of NON-DISCLOSURE AND DATA ACCESS Clause in Contracts

NON-DISCLOSURE AND DATA ACCESS. This Non-disclosure and Data Access clause sets forth the Contractor’s obligations regarding Contractor’s access to and use of WMATA’s proprietary, confidential, or personally identifiable information (PII) in order to carry out the requirements of the Contract. WMATA will provide such information in accordance with this clause. Unless otherwise identified, all terms defined within this clause apply only to those terms as they appear herein. If similar terms appear within this Contract, such terms shall have the meaning assigned to them in that context.
