Common use of Non-Disclosure of Data Clause in Contracts

Non-Disclosure of Data. To the extent Buyer does not acquire all of ---------------------- the Membership Interests for any reason, Buyer shall not directly or indirectly disclose or use any materials, data or other information provided by or obtained from Seller, Reserves LLC or the Partnership, and Buyer and its representatives shall continue to be bound by the terms of the existing Confidentiality Agreement dated June 17, 1999, between the Parties.
