The data to be shared includes information and data related to financial activity, operation and compliance with contractual, state and federal programs, security of computer systems, performance and accountability for agency programs as applicable to the audit(s) performed. Specific data requests will be limited to information needed for SAO audits, investigations and related statutory authorities as identified through auditor requests.

These data may be used by Bright Research Group to derive a comparison population. Probation will also share data on client participation in the WE RISE program and results from Social Embeddedness Tool assessments conducted with WE RISE participants at four times during the program:
(1) within 3 months of program enrollment; (2) Approximately 9 months after program enrollment; (3) when probation term is completed; (4) 6-12 months following program completion.

CONSENT School recognizes that 34 C.F.R. 99.30 requires prior written consent of the data subject prior to the release of PII from student’s educational records. School shall not release PII to Institutions without prior written consent of the parent/guardian or student (if student is at least 18 years old) except in cases that constitute exceptions to the consent requirements of the FERPA. School are responsible for obtaining a written consent form that specifies the records that may be disclosed, the purpose of the disclosure, and to whom the disclosures will be made.

The data requested consists of individual-level data collected from intake forms for TAACCCT program participants, student records maintained by Ohio TechNet community colleges, administrative records maintained in the Ohio Workforce Case Management System, and post-program survey data collected by the New Growth Group. Personnel from the Ohio TechNet colleges will compile the necessary records and securely transmit those records to LCCC. LCCC will transfer the compiled data to OSU as per the terms of this agreement. The data to be shared will include social security number, student name, birth date, program participation, credit accumulation, grades, enrollment, credential and certification completion and other data elements that will enable the evaluation of education and workforce outcomes for TAACCCT program participants. See EXHIBIT B for a detailed description of data to be shared, which may be amended during the term of this Agreement by the mutual written agreement of the parties in a manner consistent with applicable law.

The information required comes from a variety of systems and data sources of the ESFA including the ILR, Apprenticeship Vacancies and the National Careers Service.
