Common use of Non-Disclosure or Confidentiality Agreements Clause in Contracts

Non-Disclosure or Confidentiality Agreements. The Consultant shall agree to execute and be bound by any non-disclosure or confidentiality agreements that NYSDOT or any other agency, consortia, corporation or other entity which requires such non-disclosure or confidentiality agreement to be executed before data, software, code or other information shall be provided to the ATMS System. The Consultant’s acceptance and execution of such agreements shall not be unreasonable withheld.
